Two Maids North Bergen Residential Cleaning TeamLooking for a daytime job where you can stay active, work with a team, and build a steady opportunity? Two Maids North Bergen is hiring dependable, positive people to join our residential cleaning team.No professional cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our cleaning systems, quality standards, and customer-service expectations. We're looking for people who are reliable, coachable, comfortable with physical work, and interested in growing with a local business.What You'll Do You'll work with a teammate cleaning homes throughout North Bergen, Jersey City, Hoboken, Edgewater, and surrounding areas. Your day may include:Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areasVacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfacesCompleting recurring, deep, first-time, move-in, and move-out cleaningsFollowing Two Maids cleaning procedures and quality standardsWorking efficiently as part of a two-person teamCommunicating professionally with customers and coworkersTraveling between customer homes during the workdayThis is an active, physical job. You'll be on your feet throughout the day and regularly bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing stairs. No Experience? That's Okay. You do not need professional cleaning experience to apply. We provide paid training and teach you how we clean, how to work efficiently as a team, and how to deliver the level of service our customers expect. Team members who are approved to drive for work may qualify for additional driver compensation and expanded scheduling opportunities.Pay and Earning OpportunityAverage trained team-member earnings of approximately $120–$140+ per dayTips typically average approximately $150–$200+ per weekAdditional driver compensation when applicablePaid trainingBi-weekly payPerformance and reliability bonusesOpportunities to increase earnings through our Maid to Shine performance programOpportunities to grow into Lead Cleaner, Trainer, Driver Leader, and other positionsEarnings vary based on schedule, performance, customer feedback, tips, and additional responsibilities.ScheduleDaytime hoursPrimarily Monday through FridayRegular Saturday availability is needed based on business demandSaturday schedules may vary from week to weekNo nightsNo SundaysMajor holidays offWork schedules may vary based on customer demand and team needs.
