The $17–$23/hour range shown represents an average hourly equivalent based on commission earnings and is not a guaranteed hourly wage. Team members can earn up to 20% individual commission on the homes they clean, and commission is NOT split between teammates. Tips and eligible bonuses are additional. Our performance-based pay structure rewards employees for quality, efficiency, reliability, and excellent customer service.
