Echoing Hills Village, Inc. is seeking a Lead House Coordinator to manage daily operations at an Intermediate Care Facility.
You will coordinate staffing, schedules, transport, and household tasks while promoting person-centered care and safety, collaborating with the Nurse, QIDP, and DSP team to meet residents’ needs. This leadership role combines supervision with hands‑on duties, supporting staff development, recruitment, and training, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
