House Supervisor Join Our Team!

Position: House Supervisor
Location: Nursing Administration at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift position available
What You’ll Do
Adheres to hospital policies and standards
Attends nursing station and performs clerical duties
Participates and assist with required education, competencies, and training requirements.
Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
Follows HIPAA compliance.
Demonstrates knowledge of emergent situations and responds appropriately.
Demonstrates a participative/ situational management style.
Documents all discipline/ counseling sessions as well as investigates and documents on incident reports.
Responds to emergent situations and initiates appropriate interventions
What We’re Looking For
Associate Degree minimum
Valid KY RN license2-3+ yrs of experience required.
Job Demands------
Strong Attentive and Communication Skills
Ability to work and a fast pace
Maintain accurate and concise documentation
Frequent walking, standing, and lifting
Able to lift over 50lbs

BLS required through American Heart Association- renewals are included with TRH employment.
ACLS required
PALS required
