Find your calling at Mercy! The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Education: Completion of accredited nursing program
Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse.
Experience: Three to five years hospital nursing experience
Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation
