Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a HouseCalls Advanced Practice Clinician to conduct in-home assessments for Medicare beneficiaries. This role offers flexible scheduling and requires no on-call duties.
Successful candidates will demonstrate clinical expertise, and the ability to educate and connect patients to necessary care services. The position provides a rewarding opportunity to improve health outcomes directly in patients’ homes.
