Household Trash SorterWe are seeking dependable and hardworking Recycling Sorters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting recyclable materials on a conveyor line, removing non-recyclable items, and helping maintain a clean and safe work environment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that plays an important role in the recycling process.Recycling company in FayettevilleWhat's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Household Trash Sorter Details:Temporary position$ 13.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00am)Sort recyclable materials including cardboard, paper, plastics, aluminum, and other recyclable products.Remove contaminants and non-recyclable materials from the sorting line.Inspect materials for quality and proper classification.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Work efficiently in a team environment to meet production goals.Household Trash Sorter Qualifications:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Comfortable working in a warehouse or recycling facility environment.Reliable transportation and good attendance required.Previous warehouse, manufacturing, labor, or recycling experience is helpful but not required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
