HousekeeperExperience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Housekeeper at 52 TEN.As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain vacant units for leasing, main office, recreational rooms, models, restrooms and laundry facilities daily.Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand and notify the Maintenance Supervisor of items to order.Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.QualificationsOne year of housekeeping experience in Property Management or a similar positionHigh school diploma or equivalent, preferredValid Driver's LicenseRequired TestingCriminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVRPosition TypePay negotiable based on certifications and experience.Full-timeCompetitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k)Position LocationAustin, TX; Reporting: directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.Choose EMBREY:Join an industry-leading team where we believe our people are our most important investment.
