Housekeeper – Full TimeThe Glen Retirement System is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our team in our Long-Term Care Community, Village Health Care at The Glen. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming, we would love to hear from you!Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Rotation: 4 days on / 2 days offAbout The Glen: Since 1898, The Glen has been committed to providing an exceptional environment for seniors. Our team members play a vital role in creating a warm, compassionate community where residents feel at home.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areasSweep, mop, and maintain floorsDust and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfacesSanitize resident rooms and bathroomsEmpty trash and replenish suppliesPerform deep cleaning and room preparation for new residentsReport maintenance needs and supply shortagesMaintain housekeeping equipment and follow cleaning schedulesQualificationsPrevious housekeeping experience preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsOrganized, dependable, and self-motivatedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shiftMust be able to read, write, and communicate in EnglishBenefitsCompetitive payMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)403(b) Retirement PlanSupplemental insurance optionsJoin a team that makes a difference every day by helping create a clean, comfortable home for our residents.
