Job description
Housekeeper (S)As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for cleaning patient rooms, restrooms, clinical areas, offices, and public spaces in accordance with established infection prevention protocols and healthcare cleaning standards. You will attend training classes, including new employee orientation and other available trainings.Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:Basic knowledge of established cleaning procedures and techniques.Basic knowledge of purpose and application of products and equipment used in a cleaning operation.Basic knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.Ability to understand and follow directions.This position is designated as mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events.We will be recruiting for multiple positions with this post. Your application will be considered for all noted open positions.Daily work schedule:First Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSecond Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMThe usual work schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays. Flexibility is required for training and education purposes and to meet the needs of the facility.
