Job description
HousekeeperThe Housekeeper works to complete all cleaning tasks as deemed necessary by their supervisor. Their work includes removing trash from the facility, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, cleaning walls and glass, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and various other public and office spaces.What You Will DoEnsure completion of daily checklistsMaintain interior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the propertyClean tour route of property twice dailyArrange small pieces of furniture for staging purposesClean all surfaces in elevators, if applicableSanitize and clean fitness equipmentMop and vacuum daily in all areas requiredEnsure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the dayMust be able to work a full shift / required work scheduleMust be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessaryMust be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hoursMust be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.Ideally, You'll HaveHigh School or equivalent education preferredProficient in simple computer tasksYou'll crush it if you have experience withExperience in student housing or multi-family industry
