HousekeeperAs a Housekeeper, you'll help create clean, welcoming spaces that set the stage for an exceptional guest experience. Your attention to detail ensures every room feels comfortable, cared for, and ready for a memorable stay.Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina are hiring to join our team! The Windjammer (est. 1976) is an iconic waterfront restaurant located on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, IN. Known for its exceptional food, live music, and scenic lakeside seating, The Windjammer continues to serve as an important landmark to the lake life community.Responsibilities:Clean and prepare guest rooms to hospitality standards, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.Ensure all rooms are welcoming, comfortable, and ready for guest arrivals and staysReplenish linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities as needed.Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards.Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Take pride in attention to detail to deliver a consistent, high-quality, and warm guest experience.Requirements:Must pass background check.Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required (training provided).Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet daily room assignments.Benefits:Competitive WagesPerformance-Based Career GrowthEmployee Dining DiscountsEqual Employment OpportunityRequired Skills:CleaningWork EthicCommunicationCustomer ServiceTime ManagementAbility to work under pressureAbility to work independentlyAttention to Detail
