Our team lives by our core anchors: People First Compassionate Action Respectful CommunicationQuick Job Details Position: Housekeeper Status: Full-Time Location: Boerne, TX $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Mileage Stipend: Up to $100 per paycheck for eligible employeesWhat You'll DoAs a Housekeeper in our Skilled Nursing building, you will help create a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and team members. Your work plays an important role in infection prevention and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the community.Responsibilities include:Cleaning resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting surfacesCleaning and sanitizing resident bathrooms according to infection control standardsCleaning and disinfecting common areas, hallways, nursing stations, offices, dining areas, and public restroomsChanging bed linens and making beds as assignedEmptying trash and biohazard waste containers according to established proceduresRestocking housekeeping supplies and notifying the supervisor when inventory is lowFollowing established infection prevention, safety, and OSHA guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE)Responding promptly to spills and other cleaning needs to maintain a safe environmentMaintaining resident privacy and confidentiality while providing services in resident roomsPerforming other housekeeping duties as assignedQualifications• High School Diploma or GED preferred • Cleaning experience preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable and detail orientedBenefits You Can Expect• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • Mileage stipend up to $100 per paycheck • Basic Life and AD&D Insurance • 401(k) with company match • Telemedicine • Tuition Reimbursement • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Compassionate Action Relief for Employees (C.A.R.E.
