Job description
HousekeeperWe are seeking a Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping and ensure that cleanliness and order are maintained throughout our resort. The Housekeeper will be responsible for creating and implementing housekeeping procedures, and to meet cleanliness standards working with the team to ensure harmony and strong work ethics with staff.Qualifications:Proven experience in housekeepingStrong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsLeadership skills helpfulGreat interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and work under pressureHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plusResponsibilities:Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocolsInspect units to ensure cleanliness meets company standardsManage ordering housekeeping supplies and inventoryCoordinate with other departments to ensure cleanliness goals are metAddress customer complaints and special cleaning requestsConduct regular performance evaluations of housekeepingEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations
