Housekeeper (Environmental Services Technician)Grace Federal Solutions is hiring a dependable Environmental Services Technician responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within assigned buildings. This role supports daily operations by ensuring facilities meet cleanliness and health standards while providing dependable service across the campus.Work PerformedClean and service assigned building areas; maintain sufficient stock and suppliesSweep, mop, buff, spray buff floors; vacuum rugs and carpets as neededClean restrooms and offices; replenish suppliesWash windows, walls, and other assigned areasCollect trash, empty garbage containers, and transport trash to disposal areasSanitize trash containers in accordance with Health Department requirementsMaintain a running log of service calls and items placed in storagePack, unpack, receive, issue, and transport materials; report items needing reorderAssist with transferring materials between departments throughout the UniversityPerform other related duties as assignedThe duties listed describe the general nature of the role and are not intended to be an exhaustive list.Minimum Qualifications Education / TrainingAbility to understand and follow instructions generally acquired through partial high school educationAdditional QualificationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safetyAbility to work assigned shifts, including overnight hoursWhy Join Grace Federal Solutions?Stable full-time scheduleStructured work environmentSafety-first cultureTeam-oriented leadershipOpportunity to serve your communityWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fair hiring practices and a respectful workplace.
