Scully Team OpportunityThis job listing is an opportunity to join a waitlist for anticipated future openings for this role. This is part of our ongoing hiring process, designed to fill multiple positions over time as positions become available.Position Summary : The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of the community's common areas in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner, but not limited to, the following functions:Specific Responsibilities:Cleans the office, clubroom, and restrooms dailyCleans and maintains the model(s) (if applicable) dailyCleans all vacant apartments as directed by the community managerKeeps all vacancies fresh and odorless.Cleans and maintains laundry facilities dailyPerforms additional duties requested by the community managerInforms management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.RequirementsQualifications: :Equipment Use: An employee in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools. Required to wear gloves as tasks dictate.Safety Responsibilities: Learn and comply with all company safety rules; use appropriate safety equipment at all times; immediately report any unsafe conditions to supervisors; must be familiar with all safety features or equipment, machinery or materials encompassed by job duties; and must check with supervisor if there is a question as to the safe procedure to be used for any job function.Competencies: :Time Management: Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; concentrates his/her efforts on the most important priority; adeptly handles several tasks at one.Problem Solving: Breaks down problems into smaller components, understand underlying issues, can simplify and process complex issues, understand the difference between critical details and unimportant facts.Priority Setting: Spends his/her time and the time of others on what's important; quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks; creates focus.Ethical conduct: Serving with integrity and respect in personal and organizational practices.The Scully Benefit:Above all else, Scully offers an incredible family business culture that continues to win awards year after year.
