Maintenance WorkerFri, Sat, Sun 11pm-7am in Dorchester & Tues 3-11pm in RandolphResponsible for keeping the facility clean, sanitized, safe and in an orderly manner and following the standards set forth by the Maintenance Department.Ensure building and grounds are kept clean and sanitizedExcellent organization, customer service, interpersonal, communication and time management skillsCompletes assignment in a timely manner* Keep all walkways and entranceways clear and safe during weather related emergencies* Sweep, scrub, mop, vacuum, wax and buff floors, remove refuse, clean restrooms and other common areas* Ensure building security by performing property checks and monitoring pager system* Respond to resident emergencies* Address concerns and cleaning needs of the facility in a timely and professional mannerReport any system failures and/or unsafe conditions in a timely mannerEnsure that residents and families receive the highest quality of servicePerform other duties as assignedHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrior housekeeping experienceProficient in EnglishExcellent organization, customer service, interpersonal, communication and time management skillsMust use good judgment and be respectful of residents' privacyExcellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team playerMust be able to follow directions and procedural guidelines accurately and in a timely mannerFrequent bending, stooping, reaching, standing for long periods of time and lifting/pushing/pulling 20-50 lbsOn-site$16.16 - $24.99
