We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our dedicated team.As a Housekeeper, you will make a meaningful impact each day by helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. In this role, you will care for both residents' homes and the community's common areas, helping ensure every space reflects the high standards and warm hospitality that define Touchmark. This is more than a traditional housekeeping position; it is an opportunity to build genuine relationships with the residents who call our community home and to contribute to their daily comfort and well-being.The ideal candidate will:Have a commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion, and a desire to model these values in every interactionPossess a high school diploma or equivalentHave previous housekeeping experience in a retirement community, hospitality, healthcare, or resort setting, although this is not requiredBe willing to work occasional weekends and holidaysBe able to read, write, and speak EnglishBe able to maintain a patient, professional, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, family members, guests, and fellow team membersStarting Pay: $17 per hour.
