Spend your summer in the Rockies—apply today!Working Environment: Working Ranch & Guest HospitalityHousekeeper PositionHousekeepers are responsible for the housekeeping functions of the ranch. Individuals work in guest cabins, all public areas, and the linen room. All work is performed to standards of quality as required by the owners and communicated by the Housekeeping Manager & Housekeeping Supervisor. A successful housekeeper is one who takes pride in his/her work, is flexible, and works with initiative and momentum.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean public areas dailyClean guest units daily.Distribute amenities to guest units.Evening cleaning of public areas (PM duty).Assist with evening turn-down service in guest units.Weekly thorough cleaning of public areas.Weekly thorough cleaning of guest units.Clean linen room, guest laundry, and staff bathrooms in the kitchen and staff dining room.Maintain vacuums and humidifiers.Window cleaning.Carpet cleaning.Report maintenance requests to Housekeeping manager or Supervisor.Assist in the laundry.Occasionally bus tables, work dish pit, during guest meals.Genuinely smile at all times when guests are around.Non-Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms all related duties as assigned.Physical RequirementsMust be able to walk distances in various weather conditions.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to push, pull, bend and reach.Must be able to work with eco-lab chemicals.Must be able to work with bleach and other cleaning agents.Must be able to work around hazard conditions such as bodily fluids.This Job Description is an overview of the scope of responsibilities for the Housekeeper position and is not intended to be an inclusive list of tasks and expectations.
