Housekeeper Position At Chapel View ApartmentsChapel View Apartments is hiring a Housekeeper to join our team in Hopkins, MN. As a Housekeeper at Chapel View Apartments, you will primarily be responsible to keep our campus and resident rooms clean and comfortable for our residents and guests.Position Type: Full-Time Shifts Available: Tuesday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Wage Range: $18 - $20 / hour depending on experience Location: 605 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343Housekeeper Responsibilities:Clean resident rooms, restrooms, day room and dining room, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.Launder resident and facility clothing, sheets and towels, including folding, labeling and distribution to resident rooms.Housekeeper Qualifications:Prior experience preferred, but will train!Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.Ability to work a consistent schedule.Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.Cassia Benefits:Competitive Pay with experience-based raisesTuition Assistance & Student Loan Forgiveness (site-specific)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) & 403(b)/401(k) with Employer MatchComprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance) for Full-Time EmployeesAbout Us: Chapel View Apartments, is a 56 Unit Assisted Living Facility.
