You'll maintain the high standards that make our mall a premier destination by sanitizing restrooms, cleaning public areas, keeping the food court spotless, and responding promptly to cleaning requests throughout the property. At JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and as a Housekeeper, you'll have the autonomy to take pride in your workspace while working alongside a supportive team. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety protocols as you use cleaning chemicals and equipment to keep Town Center at Cobb looking its best.Expected Schedule: 40 hours per week across 5 days, Saturday and Sunday availability is requiredWhat your day-to-day will look like:Clean and sanitize public areas including entrances, corridors, restrooms, elevators, escalators, and seating areasSweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the mall to maintain a professional appearanceEmpty trash bins, clean waste disposal areas, and ensure proper waste segregationMaintain cleanliness in food court areas including tables, floors, and condiment stationsReplenish restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towelsWipe down glass doors, display windows, and signage as neededRespond promptly to cleaning requests, spills, or accidentsReport maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to your supervisor immediatelyRequired qualifications:Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience, preferably in malls or public facilitiesBasic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment, including safe handling practicesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standardsGood communication and customer service skillsPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periodsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience working in high-traffic retail or commercial environmentsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
