Part-Time HousekeeperMedley at Angeline, located in Land O' Lakes, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Housekeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $16.00 per hour Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing both interior and exterior areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces.Vacuum and mop floors.Clean and dust surfaces, glass partitions, and doors.Remove trash and recycling.Clean up spills, broken glass, and other messes promptly.Perform cleaning-related maintenance activities, including maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery.Refill supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:One year of proven cleaning experience preferred.Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.English language proficiency required.Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
