MaidPro provides housekeeping services for homes and businesses in the Tampa Bay area. Specifically, Hillsborough, Pinellas and southeastern Pasco counties.Job Requirements:Hard-working and reliable - Likes making customers happyComfortable driving your own vehicle to and from cleansAvailable Monday through Saturday 8:00am-7:00pmWilling and able to work in homes that have petsMust pass a Criminal Background CheckRate of Pay:Cleaning Labor: $15 per hour - raises based on meritNon-Cleaning Labor: $14 per hour (almost entirely drive time)Your hours are approximately 80% Cleaning Labor and 20% Non-Cleaning LaborBenefits:Paid Time Off - up to 6 days per yearMileage: You are required to have a working vehicle. You are paid.30 per mile for the use of your car. If gas per gallon exceed $4, you are paid.35 per mile.Hours:Hours per week range between 30-40. Overtime is available. You are paid overtime at the rate of time and one half on the Cleaning Labor rate – even if the labor was Non-Cleaning Labor. Your work week is Monday through Saturday. Sunday work is available and optional with 'Sunday Bonus $25.' You will be given a day off during the week.Payroll: Payroll is semi-monthly (15th and 31st). All payroll taxes, etc., are deducted.
