You'll combine housekeeping excellence with light maintenance support to help keep our community looking amazing every day.What You'll DoCreate Exceptional Community SpacesMaintain the cleanliness and presentation of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, hallways, restrooms, models, and other common areasEnsure amenity spaces are welcoming, clean, and resident-readyRemove trash, clean surfaces, sanitize high-touch areas, and maintain overall community presentationMaintain Beautiful GroundsKeep grounds free of litter and debrisAssist with landscaping touch-ups and curb appeal initiativesHelp maintain outdoor amenity spaces, walkways, and common areasMonitor community appearance and proactively identify opportunities for improvementSupport Pool & Amenity OperationsConduct daily inspections of pool and recreation areasClean and maintain pool decks, furniture, and surrounding amenitiesMonitor conditions and report maintenance needs promptlyAssist with routine pool area upkeep and seasonal preparationsPerform Community InspectionsComplete daily walkthroughs of buildings, amenities, parking areas, and common spacesIdentify safety concerns, maintenance issues, and curb appeal opportunitiesReport findings and assist with minor corrective actions when appropriateAssist With Preventative & Seasonal MaintenanceSupport maintenance technicians with preventative maintenance projectsAssist with seasonal community preparations and transitionsHelp with light maintenance and repair tasks as assignedParticipate in irrigation, pool, fountain, and outdoor amenity maintenance supportCollaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community remains in excellent conditionWhat We're Looking ForPositive, team-first attitudeStrong attention to detailPride in maintaining high cleanliness standardsAbility to work independently and stay organizedExcellent customer service and communication skillsComfortable working both indoors and outdoorsPrevious housekeeping, janitorial, groundskeeping, hospitality, maintenance, or property management experience is a plusWillingness to learn maintenance and preventative maintenance skillsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
