A clean and comfortable environment is an important part of providing great care to our residents.Apply today and join the Bethel Pointe team!Housekeeper Essential FunctionsHousekeepers will follow established housekeeping guidelines and quality assurance standardsMaintain cleaning schedules for assigned areaCoordinating routine/terminal isolation procedures with Nursing ServicesMaintain knowledge of safety regulations, policies and procedures and following the established safety procedures and precautionsHousekeepers will report all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc. to supervisor immediatelyHonoring the residents' personal and property rightsFiling complaints/grievances with supervisor in a timely fashionHousekeeper QualificationsHousekeeper must have a thorough understanding of the principles of safe effective housekeeping practices within the State of IndianaHave the ability to be a team player to partner with other departmentsA high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
