Winner 2024, 2025 & 2026 Best Nursing Home in Rutherford County!Tennessee State Veterans Home in Murfreesboro, TN is currently looking for a Housekeeper – Full Time/day shift – 7a-3p with alternating weekends required.We are currently looking for a housekeeper who will be responsible for performing day-to-day housekeeping functions in facility offices, resident rooms and common areas and special projects as assigned. Must be able to work independently and reschedule cleaning activities to meet the needs of residents or nursing staff. Must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with residents, families, visitors and co-workers. Must be able to read and understand Standard English and be able to work with standard cleaning chemicals.Educational RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred and previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is preferred
