Hotel HousekeeperJoin our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper at the Cambria Nashville Airport hotel, where your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. We are committed to providing exceptional service and a positive work atmosphere, offering opportunities for growth and development within our organization.Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygieneMake beds, change linens, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towelsVacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and perform deep cleaning tasks as requiredReport any maintenance issues or damages to management promptlyFollow safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staffAssist with laundry duties and stock replenishment as neededProvide courteous and professional service to guests, addressing any special requests or concernsSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamGood physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasksExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocolsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysWe foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members are valued and encouraged to grow.
