It's an ideal home base for both short visits and extended stays, offering comfort, style, and an unbeatable location.The Housekeeper plays a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably maintained environment for our guests. This position is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public spaces meet ROOST's high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, elevated service.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to brand standardsChange linens, make beds, restock amenities, and maintain in-room suppliesClean and maintain public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spacesReport maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptlyFollow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocolsSupport laundry operations as neededUphold a warm, professional, guest-focused demeanor at all timesQualificationsPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and consistencyAbility to work independently and efficientlyComfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsWeekend and holiday availability preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payA supportive, team-oriented environmentOpportunities for growth within Method Co.Employee perks across our hotel and restaurant portfolioHealth, Dental, and Vision benefitsPaid time off & vacation
