With a history of creating great workplaces, Josh Costner's previous company has been recognized locally as "Best Place to Work" and Inc 500's "fastest-growing company" - multiple times.Position Summary:Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm (times may vary slightly), Memorial Day - Labor DayThe perfect summer job does exist!In this role as Housekeeper, you will be assigned one or two rental homes, depending on their size, to ensure that they are spick and span and ready in time before the next guest's check-in.To do this effectively, the app we'll require you to use is called Breezeway, which will provide you with a detailed checklist to help you make sure nothing is overlooked and the home looks like the previous guests were never there. The app will also include reference pictures so that you can be sure that each vacation rental meets our high standards of cleanliness and design every time.Never used an app like this before? No worries. Following the instructions in the tutorial video during your orientation will help you get the hang of it. Your manager will also be available to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.So, if you're someone who enjoys working through a checklist and the achievement of making a home sparkling clean, then you'll feel right at home on our team.Apply today - we're looking forward to meeting you!Responsibilities:Thoroughly clean the entire unit, including floors, all surfacesClean the kitchen, including the appliances, and empty the dishwasher if necessaryRefill amenities and perform any strain removal as neededWork consistently through the housekeeping cleaning checklistManage linensEnsure the outdoor furniture and outdoor areas and clean and tidyAny other tasks as neededQualifications:Attentive to detail and conscientiousAble to operate a mobile appAble to follow a checklistGreat communication skills and ability to work well with others.Compensation & Benefits:Wage: We pay by a system called "piece rate." That means we pay per home, not per hour. Ranges from $80 - $140 based on size of property.Schedule: Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm (times may vary slightly), Memorial Day - Labor Day
