Housekeeper - Part TimeThe Housekeeper at Center Harbor Inn cleans assigned guest rooms for check in, services assigned occupied rooms, responds to guest requests as they arrive, keeps all lobbies, hallways and public facilities (such as lobby restrooms, locker rooms, guest laundry rooms, pool areas, etc.) in a neat, clean, well-supplied condition.This is a part time position: Friday - Sunday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMBenefits401(k) Participation – Plan for your future while enjoying the presentPaid Vacation – Because everyone deserves time to rechargePaid Holidays – Celebrate the moments that matter mostOn-Resort PerksComplimentary Access to Resort Amenities – Fitness center, pools, golf course, and moreExclusive Employee Discounts – Savings on stays, services, and retailDuties & ResponsibilitiesReview daily assignment lists and develop an efficient cleaning strategyPerform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areasProperly complete all four steps of room turnover: stripping, cleaning, stocking, and formattingMaintain housekeeping supplies and equipment at the beginning and end of each shiftIdentify and report maintenance or safety concerns to managementProvide friendly, professional service while interacting with guestsWork independently or collaboratively to complete daily assignmentsCoordinate with the Houseman to assess team needsRecognize issues requiring management attention and notify the Manager on Duty as appropriateRequirementsAbility to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and via radioStrong attention to detailPrevious housekeeping experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsAbility to follow oral and written instructions and complete routine daily tasksCompensationStarting at $17.00 per hour, plus tipsThis is a part time position: Friday - Sunday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMJoin Our TeamIf you take pride in your work, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a supportive team in a beautiful resort setting, we encourage you to apply today.
