Part-Time Working Team Lead HousekeeperIndependence Visitor Center Corporation has an opening for a part-time Working Team Lead housekeeper. We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, outgoing, motivated individual with a minimum of 10 years' experience in staff oversight, quality control and housekeeping. The position is responsible for:overseeing a small cleaning staffoverall care and maintenance of the facilityevents room set-upcontrol of in-house linen stockfinal building check and closingphysical support/assistance to all departments, as needed.The position is both daylight and evening hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), with additional hours during the busy season.Requirements:experience in overseeing staffcleaning experience, especially large facilitiesability to take initiative in addressing situationsdetail-orientedoutgoing personality for engaging with visitorsQualifications and Skills:Standing: 75% to 100% of workdayWalking: 75% to 100% of workdaySitting: 25% of workdayBalancing: 25% of workdayStooping/Kneeling/Crouching: 33% of workdayReaching/Working overhead: 34% to 66% of workdayClimbing Stairs: 34% to 66% of workdayPushing/Pulling: Involves carts, hand trucks, mops/vacuum cleanersLifting/Carrying: Materials/supplies/equipment ranging from 2 lbs. to 30 lbs.Benefits and Perks:Paid time off403b retirement planGym membership programCommuter Benefit programExcellent starting rate
