HousekeeperWe have a Housekeeper position at our Management Support property with 536 apartment units. The Palisades in Paradise Valley 13440 N 44th St. Phoenix, AZ 85032Our hourly pay rate is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Please review our corporate website along with the website of the property to which you are applying.Qualifications:Lift and carry 20 lb up stairsOperate cleaning equipmentOperate an electric golf cartUse chemicals according to labeling safetyClean on-site building facilities, vacant and occupied apartmentsBilingual (any language) a plusUnderstand company policiesPayroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
