HousekeeperSuite Living Senior Care of Little Canada is a 32-unit Assisted Living & Memory Care facility and we are looking to hire a professional and compassionate HOUSEKEEPER to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Senior Living community as a Housekeeper or Caregiver.Responsibilities:Sweep, vacuum, dust, wash, scour, and sanitize areas as assigned; must move furniture and equipment as necessary to clean.Keep harmful chemicals safety stored to OSHA standards and perform cleaning procedures in accordance to building policies.Use proper body mechanics during cleaning and moving furniture.Utilize housekeeping supplies as needed and properly care for all housekeeping equipment.May assist with various Caregiver duties as neededSkills & Requirements:Minimum of a High School DiplomaPrevious experience as a Housekeeper strongly preferredExperience in a Senior Living community strongly preferredPrevious experience as a Caregiver strongly preferred but not requiredMust have excellent knowledge of all housekeeping duties and expectationsWillingness to adhere to health and safety standards requiredMust be respectful and compassionate towards the geriatric populationMust have excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills with residents, staff members, and familiesMust have physical aptitude to perform the functions of the job
