HousekeeperWhite Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. As a Housekeeper, you will help create a welcoming environment by ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.ResponsibilitiesProvide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates.Perform other duties as assigned.What You'll BringStrong guest focus and customer service skills.Reliability and dependability in completing housekeeping tasks.Motivation and initiative to be your best self every day.Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required).Completion of training with certification sign-off.Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.What You Can Look Forward ToMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance (starting Day 1)Life Insurance and Disability InsurancePaid Parental LeaveDailyPay optionEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) with company matchVacation/Paid Time Off (PTO) with rolloverComplimentary wellness toolsUnlimited referral bonusesLeadership development and tuition reimbursementDiscounts on hotel rooms, dining, and other travel/entertainment experiencesMultiple hotels in each market = more opportunities for growthWhite Lodging is an equal opportunity employer.
