Answer guest questions, provide local area information, and help resolve concerns to ensure an exceptional stay. Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests accurately. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while following Marriott service standards. Work closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments to deliver a positive guest experience.Housekeeper Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel reservation and property management systems. Reliable attendance, professional appearance, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
