Job description
HousekeeperWe are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Housekeeper.Housekeeper Responsibilities include:Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rightsCleans public areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areasSweep and vacuum all assigned areasPerforms all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisorClean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areasHousekeeper Education & Experience:One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job-training preferredAble to operate cleaning equipment such as: mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. as requiredMust be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job requiredEmployee Appreciation:Peregrine Proud: Public acknowledgement of exceptional employee performanceMonthly All Staff Gift Card DrawingsPeriodic All Staff Appreciation Community EventsAnnual Longevity Rewards: Anniversary Bonus & CelebrationCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
