You can keep track of your progress in the selection process as well as stay updated on new positions that might interest you.Shift: 3p to 11:30p w/weekendsScheduled Weekly Hours: 40Position PurposeSupports the Patient Care Team by providing or assisting in activities associated with the sanitation, disinfecting and maintenance of cleanliness in all areas of the Medical Center and clinics.Essential FunctionsThoroughly cleans patient care, office, ancillary, and general use areas as assigned. Responds to urgent cleaning needs as observed or reported.Maintains adequate cleaning supplies and replenishes supplies (such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) for position assignment.Safely and properly operates electric vacuum cleaners, and carpet spotting extractors as assigned. Assists in maintaining any and all cleaning equipment and reports any repairs needed.Removes all trash and potentially infectious medical waste (PIMW) in a timely and safe manner ensuring proper disposal procedures are used.Performs a variety of routine manual duties as required.
