If you have a passion for great service, we would love to consider you to join our team of extraordinary hospitality professionals.Summary: Maintain and prepare 10–15 guest rooms each day with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to the highest housekeeping standards. Room attendants play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests by providing friendly, professional service, maintaining a positive image of the property, and responding to guest requests and concerns with honesty, respect, and a helpful attitude.Compensation & BenefitsThis is a full-time, hourly position offering an attractive compensation package that includes a percentage of service charges, as well as medical, dental, and vision benefits and exclusive resort discounts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Make beds and change out linens/towelsVacuum carpets, upholstered furniture and draperiesEmpty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays and transport other trash and waste to disposal areasSweep and mop floorsDust, polish furniture and equipmentReplenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies and bathroom itemsClean kitchen areas and dishesDemonstrate excellent attention to detailRespond promptly to requests by guests and other department managersObserve precautions to protect guests and hotel propertyReport all theft, damage and found property to the Supervisor or Manager on DutyAssist in cleaning public areas when neededMaintain the cleanliness of housekeeping closets and cartsManage time to complete all assigned tasks by the end of the shiftWork as a team to ensure everything gets done dailyOrganization and thoroughnessPreparing rooms in minimal length of time while respecting guest privacyCheck and flip or report mattress rotation needsTo follow all specified procedures as specified in the HDS Employee HandbookEEOC statement:Hacienda Del Sol Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of age, sex, race, color, national origin, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected under state, federal, or local laws.
