Housekeeper Position at Cunningham Children's HomeCunningham Children's Home is seeking a Housekeeper to support the cleanliness and daily operations of our campus! This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across agency facilities while supporting laundry services as needed.Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8-hour shiftsCunningham is an exemplary child welfare and educational services agency that provides caring support and therapeutic intervention to more than 953 children, youth, young adults and families each year through comprehensive programs including residential treatment, special education and community-based services.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform cleaning duties in Cunningham Children's Home buildings on and off the main campus according to established schedules and quality standardsOperate cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and vacuumsComplete specialty cleaning tasks such as carpet extraction, spray buffing, and stripping/waxing floorsMaintain adequate cleaning supply levels in designated areasSupport laundry operations using commercial washers and dryers when neededFollow all agency safety procedures and maintain confidentiality standardsQualificationsGeneral knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment preferredAbility to operate equipment such as buffers and carpet extractorsBasic English fluency requiredAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksValid driver's license requiredPhysical RequirementsFrequent walking, bending, and reachingAbility to lift and carry up to 44–60 lbsUse of cleaning equipment and exposure to cleaning chemicalsOccasional outdoor work and operation of agency vehiclesBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceHoliday PayPaid LeaveGarner Health & Paytient Card — Healthcare Navigation and Medical Cost Savings BenefitsFlexible Spending Account (FSA) & Dependent Care Account (DCA)Accident, Short-Term Disability, and Critical Illness Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with up to a 6% Company MatchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Wellness ProgramRelocation AssistanceEmployee Referral ProgramWe also offer our employees a professional PSLF resource, SavvyFi, to help navigate the loan forgiveness process.All Cunningham Children's Home employees are subject to pre-employment, random, and for-cause drug testing.
