Job description
HousekeepersResponsible for cleanliness and overall appearance of the rooms and common areas.Cleaning of condo units, including: Dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen.Perform quality cleaning to meet expectations of guests and meet required time limits;Comply with safety as stated in the Employee Handbook;Pick up ground litter around assigned route or wherever visible.Must be able to do the following repetitive duties:*be able to bend down from the waist*twist upper body from side to side*Reach arms above your head*lift and/or carry at least 35 lbs.*work from a stooping or kneeling position*must be able to work with cleaning chemicalsMust be able to work with a routine and stick to it;Must be able to work on a team to clean units.Must be able to speak and understand enough English in order to communicate and assist owners and guests.Pre-Employment Requirements: Reference check, criminal background check.Housekeeping and customer service experience preferred.
