We are looking for engaging, motivated, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants who take pride in their work and enjoy creating memorable experiences for every guest.Position SummaryThe Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of guest rooms while delivering exceptional hospitality. This position plays a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay that reflects the Westin brand standards.Essential ResponsibilitiesClean and service assigned guest rooms according to Westin and CMC Hotels brand standards.Make beds, replace linens, towels, and replenish guest room amenities and supplies.Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and thoroughly clean all guest room areas, including bathrooms.Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards are consistently met.Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly.Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and housekeeping needs.Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply areas in a clean and organized manner.Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping team members and other hotel departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.QualificationsPrevious housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.Knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation procedures, and proper cleaning techniques is preferred.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and cleanliness.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, twisting, and climbing.Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30 pounds.Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences, we encourage you to apply today.Come grow your career with CMC Hotels—we believe in Growing People.
