Housekeeper/Laundry Aide – Assisted Living FacilityTuscan Gardens is dedicated to providing a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning duties in resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are metHandle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing residents' clothing and linensMaintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and safety protocolsFollow infection control and safety procedures at all timesAssist with minor housekeeping tasks as needed to support overall facility operationsReport any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnelSkills and Qualifications:Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry, or a similar role preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, bend, and stand for extended periodsKnowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a healthcare or assisted living environment is a plusCompassionate attitude and respect for residents' privacy and dignityAt Tuscan Gardens, we foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that values growth and teamwork.
