Administrative AssistantPerform a variety of administrative tasks, simple analyses, and correspondence. You will report to the Senior Director.1. Greet guests, answer incoming calls, take messages, and route.2. Manage calendar and office activities, schedule appointments/meetings and coordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.3. Manage departmental requisitions, timekeeping data, and other daily business affairs.4. Organize and expedite the flow of work through the department.5. Prepare reports including gathering and summarizing data.6. Establish confidential files and records.7. Compose, type, and communicate letters and correspondence.8.
