Housekeeping AideHousekeeping Aide Rate: $16.60- 19.06/hour (depending on experience) Shift: Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 days/week, every other weekend. 7 am - 3 pmSeneca Health Care Center is looking to add a Housekeeping Aide to its team. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff throughout the facility. Join us and become part of a team dedicated to making a difference every day.Responsibilities:Clean resident rooms, common areas, and ancillary departments to maintain a safe and sanitary environmentClean windows, doors, mirrors, vents, garbage cans, and other facility surfaces on a regular basisVacuum hallways, mop floors, and perform routine housekeeping tasks as directedMaintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized mannerEmpty trash and transport waste to designated disposal areas as neededReport maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs to the appropriate supervisorFollow infection control, HIPAA, safety, and facility policies and proceduresParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and attend required meetings and trainingsPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum experience requirement: No experience required; 6 months of housekeeping or laundry experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environmentDependable, positive, and committed to quality serviceBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving OptionsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
