Job description
Housekeeping AideThe primary purpose of Housekeeping Aide is to perform daily housekeeping activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This role supports maintaining the facility in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment as directed by the Administrator and/or Director of Housekeeping.Responsibilities:Follow assigned cleaning schedules as closely as possibleReport all accidents or incidents to the supervisor immediately during the same shiftCoordinate housekeeping services with nursing staff in resident living and recreational areasPerform resident room and discharge cleaning, including dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, wiping, and scrubbing beds, walls, furniture, and fixturesReplenish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies as neededKeep housekeeping carts stocked and organizedComplete daily project and assignment schedulesQualifications:Experience working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility preferredFlexibility with schedulingStrong attention to detailGood communication skillsBenefits:Competitive pay rates401(k) Retirement PlanHealthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision)Paid Time Off (PTO)Apply Directly With AristaCare!AristaCare has a dedicated in-house Talent Acquisition Team that recruits directly for our facilities.
