Now Hiring: Housekeeper – Long Term Care FacilityWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team! This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.ExperienceAny housekeeping experience preferredScheduleFull-Time | Weekends | Weekdays| Other | On-Call| 8-Hour Shifts | Day Shift | Every other Weekend | Rotating HolidaysJob ResponsibilitiesAs a Housekeeper, you will:Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areasDust, vacuum, sweep, and wet mop floorsEmpty trash and dispose of waste properlyClean windows, vents, doorframes, and other high/low surfacesPerform terminal cleaning and prepare resident rooms for new occupantsUse cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor machinesFollow infection control and safety policies at all timesRequirementsJob QualificationsAbility to work with cleaning agents and disinfecting solutionsAny experience in a Long Term Care Facility is preferred.Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow directionsAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs)BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort and Long Term DisabilityLife InsuranceFlexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts401(k) plans with a percentage of the Employee's contributions matched by the Company.Discounts on Home, Auto, and Pet InsuranceWhy Work With Us?Our housekeeping team plays a key role in improving residents' quality of life, and we value employees who take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming facility.
