Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and home-like atmosphere where residents can heal, thrive, and feel comfortable every day.We're looking for a dependable Housekeeping Attendant who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a positive resident experience.Position OverviewUnder established policies and procedures, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout assigned areas of the facility, ensuring a high standard of appearance and infection control.Key Responsibilities:Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedulesUse approved cleaning agents and equipment following proper proceduresDust, damp wipe, wash, sanitize, and polish fixtures and furnishings as neededClean resident rooms including furniture, beds, bed frames, rails, nightstands, tables, chairs, shelves, light fixtures, TVs, radios, and door surfacesMaintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facilityQualifications:Housekeeping experience preferredAbility to speak, read, write, and understand EnglishPatience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward the elderly and disabledAbility to perform essential job functions and meet physical and sensory requirementsIf you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you.Apply today to join the Athens Health and Rehabilitation housekeeping team.
