Housekeeping AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeping Assistant to ensure our community is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and visitors. This role is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of Residents' rooms and community common areas.Education & Experience:High School Diploma or GED required.Previous housekeeping experience in health care or hospitality setting preferred.Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, equipment, and cleaning agents.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Commitment to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.Effective verbal and written English communication skills.Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionallyFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees.
