This role is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our management office. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently to maintain high standards of cleanliness.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfacesClean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areasEmpty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposalRestock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom productsClean interior glass, windows, and other surfaces as neededEnsure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and storedReport any maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities ManagerFollow all company safety and sanitation policies and proceduresQualificationsQualificationsPrior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferredAbility to work independently and efficiently during evening hoursStrong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standardsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periodsDependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor
