Housekeeping AssociateThe Water's Edge Country Club is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to join our team. This position is tasked with cleaning all club facilities.Full-time positions offer outstanding benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off, and a daily complimentary staff meal.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean, polished, and welcoming environment throughout the clubhouse and member facilitiesClean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, hallways, entrances, and other common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and otherwise maintain floors and surfacesClean and maintain windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other visible surfacesClean and sanitize showers, sinks, toilets, and other restroom and locker room fixturesEmpty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners as neededRestock restroom, locker room, and housekeeping supplies, including towels, toiletries, soap, and paper productsMonitor high-traffic and member areas throughout the day and promptly address cleaning needsMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appropriate odor control throughout the facilityRespond courteously and professionally to members and guests while performing housekeeping dutiesReport maintenance concerns, damaged fixtures, leaks, safety hazards, or other issues to the appropriate supervisorMonitor and communicate inventory needs for cleaning and restroom suppliesProperly operate, clean, and store housekeeping equipment and suppliesSafely handle and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with established proceduresAssist with minor facility tasks, such as changing light bulbs, as needed and when appropriateFollow all club safety policies, housekeeping procedures, and health and sanitation standardsPerform additional housekeeping and facility-related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED equivalent desirable.One year of comparable work preferred.Knowledgeable about maintaining, cleaning and preserving a wide variety of surfaces.Follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.Salary RangeUSD $13.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr.
